This Tee pays homage to Chinese Grandpa's first restaurant he opened in 1964 called 'The Bamboo Hut' in Boston, Massachusetts. Like many Chinese restaurants that opened up in the 1900's, Bamboo Hut specialized in 'Chop Suey', a Chinese-American dish consisting of various leftovers.
Fast forward almost 60 years later, Chinese Grandpa is cooking again, but this time for his grandson and the viewers on 'The Fake Food Show'. As a nod to Chinese-American culture, restaurant scene and modern day streetwear, The Chop Suey Tee is what Chinese Grandpa would sell if there was social media in the '60s and he was making thirst trap dance videos.
